Steps

Grind soaked Dal in mixture grinder with green chillies. Add salt & turmeric powder with it. Mix it very well. Heat oil in kadai & make bada from this mixture. Keep aside.

Then add Mustard paste, turmeric powder & salt in oil. Fry it well. Then add a little water & again fry it.

Add 2 cup of water & boil it well. Then add Dal bada with it. Cook it for 2 minutes in high flame. It's done. Serve it with steamed rice.
