Ingredients

20 minutes
3 people
  • 2 cupKachu loti (cut in long pieces)
  • 10Prawn
  • 1 pinchkalonji (Nigella seeds)
  • 3 tsp.Oil
  • 3green chillies
  • 1 tsp.Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp.Cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp.Sugar

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate Prawn with salt & turmeric powder. Heat oil in kadai & fry Prawn on it. Keep aside. Then add kalonji in oil & add Kachu loti & green chillies. Fry it.

    Then add turmeric powder, Cumin powder & salt. Fry it well. Add a little water.Cover & cook it for 10 minutes in low flame. Then add fried Prawn & sugar with it.

    Fry it for 1 minute. Now kachu loti is ready to serve. Serve it with steamed rice.
