Dinner rolls
First time to make buns and they were soft and yummy😋.
Steps

Mix water,sugar,yeast and oil.
Add flour to your mixture and salt;mix until everything is well compined.
Knead your dough until you get a window pane texture. - 2
Prove your dough for one hour or until dough doubles in size depending on room temperature.
After dough doubles in size;press to remove air. - 3
Grease your sufuria with oil and dust with flour; cut your dough in small balls and place in your baking tin.
Prove for 40 mins or double in size.
After the 'dough balls' have doubled; on top brush with milk. - 4
In your lit 'jiko' remove your burnt charcoal and place on top of a lid; leave few charcoal below and place your baking tin and cover with the lid that has charcoal.
Cook for 30 /45mins. - 5
Remove your buns from baking tin and let them cool.
Serve to your best drink.
