Cut the sausage, Italian pepper and paprika pepper into small cubes.

Cut the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and black olives into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley and green onions.

Whisk all the vegetables, eggs, flour, baking powder, milk, yogurt, olive oil, salt and spices in a bowl.

Grease the muffin tray with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the muffin mix evenly on the tray.

Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 7-15 minutes.

Serve after the initial temperature comes out (5 minutes later).
