Ingredients

  1. GRAHAM CRUST 👇
  2. 8 sheetsBenton's Graham Crackers
  3. 3 Tbsp.Granulated suger
  4. 1/2 tsp.Ground Cinnamon
  5. 6 Tbsp.Melted butter
  6. CHEESECAKE 👇
  7. 1Large egg
  8. 1/3cup. Granulated suger, divided
  9. 2 (8 oz)packages of cream cheese
  10. 2 Tbsp.Pure vanilla (ik it's alot just trust me)
  11. 1/4cup. brown suger
  12. 4 Tbsp.unsalted butter
  13. 1 tsp.Ground Cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Coat an 8x8 inch pant with cooking spray.

    In a food processor pulse the Graham Crackers to fine crumbs. add suger and cinnamon in 2-3 increments while pulsing, until incorporated.

    Evenly distribute mixture into prepared pan, pressing down firmly.

    Bake for 5 minutes, allow to cool for 10 minutes.

    In a medium bowl, beat egg and suger until combined. In another medium bowl, beat cream cheese. Add egg mixture and vanilla. Contenue beating until smooth.

    Pour mixture over graham crust.

    In a sause pan, over medium-low heat, melt butter, brown suger and cinnamon, for about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and alow to cool for 3-5 minutes.

    Drizzle the cinnamon mixture over cheesecake layer, making swirls with a knife. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheesecake is just set.

    Allow to cool, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

    Cut into squares and enjoy!
