Steps

Wash and marinate chicken with salt keep for 20min

Then add brandy and spice mix, refrigerate over night

Add 1tsp pepper, rosemary, oregano with marinated chicken and roll over the flour and keep

Beat egg, add remaining pepper and dip all the pieces and roll over the bread crumbs

Keep a pan, add olive oil and toast the pieces both the sides in medium flame until done, (you can brush melted butter while toast)

Serve hot with mayochep
