In a bowl; combine flour,yeast,sugar,salt and cinnamon.
Add milk gradually while kneading to a smooth dough. Leave the dough to rest for 20 mins. - 2
Once the dough is ready; cut round balls and cover for 10 mins.
Roll each ball in a circular form and cut in triangles.
Repeat to the rest of the dough. - 3
Heat oil in a frying pan in a medium heat.
Once the oil is hot enough; fry your mandazi both sides until you get slightly golden brown.
Repeat the process to the rest and transfer them in a bowl that has serviette to drain excess oil then serve with a cup of tea/coffee/milk.
