  • 2 cupsWhite pumpkin/Ash gourd, (about 500grams)
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • As Per TasteBlack pepper powder
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the Ash gourd, remove skin and seed and the center soft of the Ash gourd. peel the outer skin and dice it into 1/2 inch piece

    Transfer the diced Ash gourd, and water into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth puree.

    Strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer into a large bowl, or jug press the pulp with a spoon to extract all the juice.

    Add lemon juice, black pepper powder, and salt. mix well and Serve immediately.
