Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cupBengal gram flour
  • 4 tbspmaize flour
  • 3 tbspsemolina
  • as requiredSalt to taste
  • 2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspcoriander powder
  • 4 tbspboiled corn
  • 4 tbspgrated corn
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  • 3 tbspspinach leaves paste
  • 2 tbspFenugreek leaves paste
  • 2 tbspmint leaves paste
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves paste
  • 2 tbspmixed chopped leaves of each spinach,mint, coriander and Fenugreek leaves
  • 2 tbspgreen chillies and ginger paste
  • 1 tbspfruit salt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add Bengal gram flour,maize flour,semolina,oil,ginger,green chillies paste,boiled corn,grated corn

  2. 2

    To this add spinach leaves paste,coriander leaves paste,mint leaves paste, Fenugreek leaves paste

  3. 3

    To this add chopped leaves 2 tbsp each respective of spinach coriander mint Fenugreek leaves

  4. 4

    To this add oil and buttermilk

  5. 5

    Mix the batter give it rest for 1/2 hr,meanwhile preheat the steamer,and Grease the cupcake moulds

  6. 6

    Lastly add fruit salt to batter,mix all well,transfer it to mould the batter,put it in steamer,steam for 15-20 minutes

  7. 7

    After 20 minutes the muffins are ready,take them out,let it come to room temperature,unmould it garnish it with boiled corn and chopped spinach leaves.

  8. 8

    Serve it with garlic sauce and green chilli sauce
