In a bowl add Bengal gram flour,maize flour,semolina,oil,ginger,green chillies paste,boiled corn,grated corn

To this add spinach leaves paste,coriander leaves paste,mint leaves paste, Fenugreek leaves paste

To this add chopped leaves 2 tbsp each respective of spinach coriander mint Fenugreek leaves

To this add oil and buttermilk

Mix the batter give it rest for 1/2 hr,meanwhile preheat the steamer,and Grease the cupcake moulds

Lastly add fruit salt to batter,mix all well,transfer it to mould the batter,put it in steamer,steam for 15-20 minutes

After 20 minutes the muffins are ready,take them out,let it come to room temperature,unmould it garnish it with boiled corn and chopped spinach leaves.

Serve it with garlic sauce and green chilli sauce
