Pork Milanesa with Potatoes and Onions

Steps
- 1
Cut the pork milanesa into thin strips and set aside.
- 2
Boil the potato until tender, then remove, peel, and set aside.
- 3
Once the potato is boiled and peeled, cut it into small cubes. Slice the onion into thin strips and set aside.
- 4
Add a splash of oil to a pan, add the sliced pork, and cook over medium heat.
- 5
Once the pork is cooked, add the sliced onion, diced potato, beer, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and thyme. Mix well and continue stirring, letting the liquid reduce almost completely. Taste for salt and adjust if needed, then turn off the heat.
- 6
Your dish is ready. Heat up some tortillas for tacos if you like.
- 7
Enjoy!
