Ingredients

  1. 300 gsliced pork
  2. 200 graddish
  3. 100 gcarrot
  4. 200 gonion
  5. 100 gpotato
  6. 1 sheetfried tofu(AGE)
  7. 100 gkonjak
  8. 1 Tbspgrated garlic
  9. 1 tspgrated ginger
  10. 1 tspsoy sauce
  11. 2 Tbspmilin (or 2 Tbsp of sake with 2 tsp of sugar instead)
  12. 3 Tbspbrown bean paste
  13. 100 mlsake
  14. 1100 mlwater
  15. Section 2
  16. 1 Tbspsesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and slice raddish, white raddish and potato in the shape of a folding fan.

  2. 2

    Slice onion.

  3. 3

    Cut fried tofu into strips.

  4. 4

    Put Section 1 in a big pot and simmer till it's well-boiled.

  5. 5

    Put sesame oil after turned off the stove.

  6. 6

    Say "Itadakimasu" and have a try😊😊
