Suji mutter idli with gunpowder or chutney

Soak the suji in the curd mix well and rest for 10 minutes

Grind the soaked peas with one green chilli and ginger

Pour the peas mix in the suji batter and mix well it's consistency should be semi liquid

Mix well add one eno sachet and if required little water
- 5
Grease the idli stand pour the batter and let it cook
- 6
Suji mutter idli ready to serve with gunpowder or chutney
