Beat the eggs as it becomes foamy and stiff,add vanilla essence,oil and beat

Then add sugar,coffee and beat,then in the last add cream and beat.

In the meanwhile heat the oven for half hour on 180 degree.

Sieve the dry ingredients and mix them together

Put the dry ingredients in egg beater half and whisk slowly and then add remaining batter

Grease the baking tray with oil and pour the batter in pan

Keep it in oven for 20 minutes

After 15 minutes check with fork or toothpick if the cupcakes are done(if fork comes out with getting wet it is done)

In the mean while prepare ganache

Melt the chocolate on double boiler then add cream,coffee,cocoa powder, sugar and mix well

Let the cupcakes be cool then decorate with ganache

Your cuppies are ready serve them with coffee,tea or as you like

Tips: Icing sugar is fully powdered sugar no granules. Always use the ingredients on room temperature. You can make simple black hard coffee and put it after straining. You can adjust ganache to your taste as well. You have the option of buttercream frosting as well
