  • 1zuccihini
  • 1carrot
  • 1green pepper
  • 1red pepper
  • 5 sprigsgreen onions
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • 5 tablespoonsolive oil
  • Salt, thyme

    Cut all vegetables very thinly in julienne.

  2. 2

    Cut the chickens in julienne.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

    Bake in the pan for 20-25 minutes.
