Ingredients

  • 250 gmwhite radish with leaves
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1chhoped green chilli
  • 1 tspturmericpowder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take white radish seprate the green leaves wash peel and grate the radish keep aside wash drain water and chopped radish greens put into strainer keep aside. Get ready all ingredients.

    Heat up oil in pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds when they splutters add all dry spices powder mix well now add grated radish stir all well.

    Now add radish greens mjx all well stir well add salt cover and cook for 5 min. or till cooked well.

    Your healthy delicious stir fry radish with greens ready to serve.
    Serve with chapati naan bread roti paratha puri rice
