First clean cholar shake and palak leaves and wash it ñicely and finely chopped.

Heat mustard oil in a kadai add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies and chopped onion and saute till onion fried nicely then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt mix it well and now add chopped chana shake and palak mix it properly, cover and cook on low flame until the all water are evaporate.

Once the shake dry up nicely then add fried potato pieces and boiled chana dal, sugar and mix it and cook on high flame, stirring continuously till the shake leaves surface.
