Fill pressure cooker with water and put frozen legs in. Add some pepper.

Put on meat /stew setting on high pressure for one hour. Make sure steam valve is CLOSED.

Chicken should be fall off bone when time is up.

CAREFULLY remove chicken with large spoon. Careful so u don't make broth cloudy and make more stuff to strain. Strain 2 times with thin metal strainer in larger pot.

Use with in 3 days. Seal in airtight container. Put in fridge asap to reduce bacteria growth and keep freshness.

I love this stuff added to the broth. Makes for good Mexican soups 😊❤️
