Very easy to make with simple ingredients. Cake is soft, moist and spongy.
Steps

Sieve baking soda,baking powder and maida together twice. Keep aside.

Mix butter and sugar well. Beat with electric hand mixture on high speed for 2 minutes. Add milkmaid,coffee and 1/2 of milk. Beat with electric hand mixture on high speed for 2 minutes or until creamy.

Mix almond powder and maida together. Add all dry ingredients into wet ingredients.mix well.

Add remaining milk. Mix well and beat together until smooth.

Greased the tin. Pour batter into a tin. Baked it in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree centigrade or until top is firmed.

Let it cool down. Remove from the tin. Cake is ready to serve.
