200 gpotato
100 gcarrots
water or stock to cover ingredients

Chop up beef, potato's and carrots.

Salt and pepper beef.

Sear the outside of the beef.

Add everything to a slow cooker, including sear juices, add water or stock to cover ingredients.

Slow cooker for 6 hours on low heat.
