1Onion
2Garlic
Veggies of choice e.g
Potatoes
Carrots
Paprika
Celery
Cauliflower
Chili
100 grpasta
1 lwater
Cubeveggie stock
Salt and pepper at each step

Cook onion and garlic in oil

Add veggies that need longer to boil (potatoes, carrots) and cookp in oil.

Add tomatoes, water and stock. Boil for 20 minutes.

Add rest of veggies and pasta. Boil for 8-10 minutes.

Season to taste (salt pepper cumin)
