Ingredients

  • 1side of fish in peices
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspn haldi
  • 2 tbspn chaat masala
  • 1 tbspgreen chiilie sauce
  • 1lemon
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all spices in one bowl add sauce and mix together to make a mixture

    Wash fish properly

  3. 3

    Spread all spices mixture on fish with hand

  4. 4

    Pour oil in pan and fry them on medium to low flame. Sprinkle chaat masala on top as you like more. Squeeze lemon on it as well
