Stuffed omelette with Chicken salami

In a bowl, break the eggs, beat until fluffy. Add salt and mix.

In a small skillet, heat oil (1 teaspoon), add salami, saute until it turns slightly brown.

In an omelette pan, heat oil (1 teaspoon) and spread, pour in the eggs, allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the egg is somewhat set.

Spread the cooked salami, fold in half, cook for 1 minute, flip and cook for another 1 minute.

Serve with toasted bread slices.
