Mix flour,salt and baking powder together, there is no need to stiff the ingredient

Cut the cold butter into a small cube and mix it with the flour mixture

Use fork to make the butter even small but cutting it together with the flour until it result in something like bread crumbs

Add in cold milk and use you hand to knead them together until it form a ball. Knead them about 5-6 times

Roll it about 1/2 an inch thick

Cut it with a cookie cutter or just use a knife to cut it into any shape that you want

Optional: Use some melted butter to brush the surface of the biscuit

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degree celsius for about 5 minutes
