  • 400 gmMaida
  • 3 tbspRava
  • 3 tbspCurd
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1/4 tspBaking soda
  • 1 tspSugar
  • as requiredSalt to taste
  • as required water

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients mix well and make a soft dough. Rest 2 hours. And then make a ball one by one. And roll with rolling pin.

    Heat oil add the poori cook in high flame till golden in colour.
