Cous cous is a staple food in Morocco and some African countries. It's quite delicious if prepared well. I enjoyed this with my family. #cheers

Prepare the ingredients by dicing the peppers, sausages and carrots. Slice the spring onions. Wash all and set aside.

Fry the sausage pack into a bowl and set aside to a pan add some vegetable oil add in the onions fry for about 30sec

Add in the other veggies and stir fry add in little salt and seasoning cubes to taste saute for Abt a minute take it off the heat and sef aside

In a large pot or wok pour in your vegetable oil add in the tomato mix, seasoning cubes salt and some spice fry till the oil is floating on the tomato mix

Pour in the cous cous mix it very well till it's well mixed with the tomato mix

Pour in the fried vegetable and mix in every thing sprinkle little water mix very well steam it till it's soft.

Serve with any protein of choice
