Steps

In a cooker put chana saag duly washed properly along with ginger julians, mirch and little salt
Add in 1 glass of water and cookit for 3-4 whistles - 2
In a kadai put oil zeera hing haldi, kashmiri lal mirch, saute
Add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes and then add dhaniya powder, kasoori methi and again cook for 3-4 minutes on a simmer flame and put it off - 3
Open cooker and mix in bajra aatta liquid paste
Cook saag for 7-10 minutes stirring constantly - 4
Now mix this saag in tomato curry and on the flame and cook for another 5minutes on simmer flame
You can add little water also - 5
Now mix in garlic paste and let it cook for another 5 minutes
And it is done - 6
Garnish it with hara dhaniya and little ghee
