Halfkg chicken
1 tbspsalt
1 tbspred chilli powder
2 tbspyogurt
2 tbspoil
1 tbspginger garlic paste
1 tbspzeera
1 tbspdhaniya
1 tbsptandoori masala
Pinchorange food colour
Coal for smoke

Take bowl and add chicken

Add zeera,dhaniya,salt,chilli and tandoori masala

Add ginger garlic, yogurt and mix well
4

Take pan and add oil in it

Add chicken and cook it until dry.

Add coal smoke in it

Items ready serve with paratha and Salad
