Besan dhokla / khaman dhokla

In a bowl take besan and buttermilk. Beat it with a whisk. In the batter add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, citric acid, and 9ll salt.mix well. Add eno and heat oil and put it over the eno to activate it.

Grease a tin, pour the batter, and steam it for 10 - 15 mins.

Heat oil in a wok, crackle mustard seed, curry leaves, and green chili and sugar. Boil the seasoning well.

Now cut it in pieces and garnish it with grated coconut and coriander leaves
