I love to cook and eat Lotus roots .... but 2day I give new touch to my OLD recipe just b.c of #mirchi.....

Wash peel and boil lotus baar in cubes shapes

Take tomatoes in wok with oil and make paste add salt spices and yogurt

Add chillies sauce.. If you like

Grinde or make paste of green chillies and mix in tomatoes

Then add boiled lotus roots and mix well
- 6
Sprinkle curry leaves or coriander leaves on the top and then serve.
