  • 1 cupwarm milk
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 3 tspsugar
  • 1 tbspcoco powder
  • For serving fresh fruits
  • Homemade strawbery and pineapple compote

    Mix the ingredients for the batter and rest for 10mts

    Mix well again. Heat the tava. Add butter if needed. Pour enough mixture. And cook on both the sides.

    Serve with maple syrup, dates syrup or any compote, Jam or fresh fruits and cream
