4chillies (thick and long)
1/4 cupvinegar
1/2 cupwater
1 tspsugar
1 pinchsalt

Cut green chillies thick slices and put into vinegar and water. Add a tsp of sugar and a pinch of salt.

Stir it well and microwave it for 30 seconds. (As I didn’t have gas at that time so I just microwaved it.) we also can put on stove and cook until one boil comes.

My Instant Jalapeños are ready to top up of Pizza.
