  • 1/2 tbsJeera(Cumin Seeds)
  • Pinchheeng (Asafoetida)
  • 3-4Curry leaves
  • as per tasteSalt

    Take 1 sweet potato, peel it and then chopped it.

    Now in Kadhai, Add 1/2tbs oil, and let them heat after that add jeera(cumin seeds), heeng(Asafoetida) and curry leaves and let them crackle.

    Add chopped sweet potato and sautéed it for 2 to 3 mins after that add 1/2 tbs salt and let them cook.

    Sautéed one more time and your fried sweet potato is ready.
