Boil potatoes and mash in a bowl. Take a kadai on gas add oil becomes hot add cumin seeds and hing when this is tempering then add potatoes salt and all spices. Mix well and pour on a plate.

Take for bread slice spread potato mixture in slice and cover with the second slice.

Spread butter on top and down the side of the bread slice when both sides look golden brown.

Your aloo toast is ready to serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
