Kelphool bhaji is a delicious bhaji which is prepared from banana florets called kelphool, Kelphool florets is an exotic ingredient that helps to manage the diabetic level & good for lactating mother.This is very simple recipe but the process of cleaning the kelphool is very,time consuming but I am used to doi it. There r many styles to prepare this veg eg. Goan style, Malvani style, Maharasthrian style. Here I have prepared it with Maharashtrian style.

Peel the purple leaves & remove the florets.

Remove the sticky part shown in the photo & chop finely. Soak them in water add some salt.

Take a plate. Add 1 chopped potato and chopped onions.

In a pan add oil, rai, hing. Add onions, val, kelphool, turmeric and chilli powder salt, sugar some water.

Cook till done. Serve and enjoy!!
