Chop Sarson, palak, soak mutter

Take cooker add sarson, palak, mutter, 2-3 green chili and little water with 1/2 teaspoon salt and give 3-4 whistle

Make puree of all the ingredients

Take tomatoes, onion, ginger makai aata and curd and make a puree

Take kadai add butter jeera hing and tomato puree add salt, and red chili powder and let it cook put green puree and mix well

Let it cook for 15-20 minutes

Sarson ka saag ready to serve with white butter
