Soaked the brown chickpeas (kala chana) in water overnight /for 6-8 hours.

Allow the presser to release then open the lid and drain all excess water

Heat pan with oil add cumin seeds chopped green chilies add all dry spices mix quickly.

Mix this masala in boiled black chana and cook for 3-4 min. Serve hot.
