In a clean pot, I add vegetable oil, diced onions, pepper mix, seasoning cubes, thyme, curry and stir it together in a low heat

Add my parboiled spaghetti and stir it thoroughly. Ready to serve

In a small bowl, Add eggs l, pinch of salt, and spring onion and fry it.
