Steps

Take a plate, add wheat flour. Then add little water into the flour. Mix properly. Add little more water again and mix it. Knead it for 2 minutes. Add few drops of water to make the dough smooth. Knead it for a minute. Dough is ready. Leave it for 10-15 minutes.

After 10-15 minutes knead it again for few seconds. Take small portion of dough and roll it into ball. Dust it with little plain flour. Roll it with rolling pin. Roti is ready to cook.

Turn on the flame and heat a tawa on a high flame. Place the roti on the tawa. Cook it for 3-4 seconds and flip it. Now cook the other side properly.

Remove the half-cooked roti from the tawa and directly on a gas flame to both sides. Roti is ready. Take it out on a plate.

Apply ghee to the roti. Roti is ready to Serve.

Serve with dal, sabji, raita, curd, etc.
