Chili Lasagna Batch 00 NO Beans

Some people believe chili isn't supposed to have beans. This chili Lasagna has no beans. Some folks say chili shouldn't have tomato products. Well you make it the way you like. I have found out tomato flavors with corn tortillas is amazing! So here it is without the beans. I used 3 Mexican cheeses and sharp cheddar cheese. Top it off with some sour cream.

Some people believe chili isn't supposed to have beans. This chili Lasagna has no beans. Some folks say chili shouldn't have tomato products. Well you make it the way you like. I have found out tomato flavors with corn tortillas is amazing! So here it is without the beans. I used 3 Mexican cheeses and sharp cheddar cheese. Top it off with some sour cream.
Steps

Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Spray the pan with nonstick spray. Add the corn tortillas soas to cover most of pan. Bottom and sides. Cover the bottom of the tortillas with chili.

Add some of the cheese to just cover the chili. Add tortillas I used 4 side by side and cut 1 in half to cover that layer.

With the first layer covered, add chili on top. Do the same as before, no cheese this layer.

Add the top layer of lasagna with chili and cheese. Put into the oven for 30 minutes or till bubbly. Let rest for 15 minutes and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
