Buffalo Wing Style Extremely Spicy Chicken

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I always plan on making buffalo sauce but it takes so much work that I usually end up buying the store bought kind. This time I tried using juice and it turned out to be easy and delicious.

The sauce is pretty spicy, but after marinating, the chicken is not as hot as the sauce. If you like really spicy foods, you can add more Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper. For 20 wings. Recipe by Yukirinrin

Steps

  1. 1

Wipe off the excess moisture from the chicken with a paper towel. Pan-fry until browned and crisp.

  2. 2

While they are browning, combine the vegetable juice with Tabasco to make the sauce. At this point, if you taste the sauce, it will be pretty spicy!

  3. 3

After the chicken has browned, immediately add to the sauce from Step 2. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes or more.
