Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 2 cups (500 mL)water
  • 1 cup (250 mL)Melted Butter
  • 2 cups (500 mL)all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 mL)Pure almond extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Grease 13x9 inch (33x23cm) pan

  2. 2

    Beat eggs and sugar until lemon in color

  3. 3

    Add butter, flour & extract and mix well

  4. 4

    Pour into greased pan and bake at 325° 30-35 min (toothpick in center should be clean)

  5. 5

    Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with confectionery sugar
