Wash and clean brinjal and peas thoroughly. Make paste of onion, garlic and cumin seeds.

Saute masala well until it leaves the oil. Now add brinjal, peas and green chillies and sauté well for 4-5 mins. Don't add water at this stage.

Now lower the flame add little water and allow it to cook until the brinjal get tender. Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves and chopped chillies before serving.
