Take a big bowl add wheatflour & salt.Add water & knead & make a soft dough.

Make balls & roll like poori.
Keep maithi Aloo vegetable middle on poori. - 3
Roll it. Heat a tawa grease with oil. Put paratha. Flip it. Add oil. Cook both sides brown & crispy.

Cut paratha into four peices.
Serve with homemade butter for breakfast.
