In a blender jar place all ingredients. Blend to make a smooth puree. Coconut milk, and dates are sweet. I added no sugar. If you need more sweetness, You may adjust the sweetness by adding sugar. Transfer the puree to a jar. Refrigerate

Add ice cubes before serving. Garnish with chopped nuts. I garnished with chopped pistachios and almonds. Enjoy; feel good and stay healthy
