  • 2 cupssemolina
  • 4 cupsmilk
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 1 cupchopped dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    In one bowl put semolina.

    Add milk mix and rest it for 30 mnts.

    Heat ghee in a pan.add sugar cook till sugar melts.

    Now add semolina mixture.mix and cook on slow flame

    Cook till ghee comes out. add little dry fruits

    Remove from fire.decorate with chopped dryfruit serve
