Ingredients

3 servings

2eggs
1 tspmilk
half tsp besan (gram flour)
salt to taste
black pepper as your taste
red chili flakes as your taste
Small chopped onion
small chopped tomato
You can add multiple veggies of your choice
few coriander leaves
2 tspoil for frying

Beat eggs, add milk and gram flour and mix well

Now add all veggies and spices and mix accordingly

Heat Oil in pan/griddle

Spread egg mixture

Fry for both sides for 30-30 sec
6

Serve hot
