  2. 3 Tbsoil
  3. 1 tspMustard seeds
  4. 1Bay Leaf
  5. 4Cloves
  6. 1 inchCinnamon stick
  7. 8Curry Leaves
  8. 3Green Chilly
  9. 1/2Onion - Finely chopped
  10. 1/2 TbsGinger - Crushed or Ginger Garlic Paste
  11. 2Tomato - Finely chopped
  12. Cook - Medium Heat
  13. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  14. 1 TbsGaram Masala
  15. 2 TbsStone Salt
  16. 6Tumblr Water
  17. 2Tumblr Sona Masoori Rice - Soak 30 mins before cooking

Cooking Instructions

Soak- 30m | Sauté-15m | Cook 10m
  1. 1

    Set Pressure Cooker & Heat Oil (Medium Heat)

  2. 2

    Add the ingredients to sauté in Medium Heat & sauté till they are soft

  3. 3

    Add Salt, Masala, Water & Bring it to boil

  4. 4

    Add Rice & cover the lid.
    Wait for 3 Whistles.

  5. 5

    Turn off the heat & wait for 10 mins

  6. 6

    Tomato Rice is ready to serve now
