I love to get a piece of bread and make a fold-over sandwich with mashed potatoes. Then again I love leftover meatloaf in a sandwich. So the two become one, and it doesn't disappoint!! I have a puddle of barbecue sauce to dip it in. Of course pumpernickel rye bread because it's wide like we make our meatloaves. I also eat this one cold or warm.
