  1. 1 cupfinely ground rice
  2. 6 cupswater
  3. 1 tablespoonground caraway
  4. 1/2 tablespoonground cinnamon
  5. 1 1/2 cupssugar
  6. Shredded coconut and mixed nuts for garnish

    Combine all the ingredients in a pot and stir well to dissolve.

    Bring to a boil, then simmer until the mixture thickens and becomes cohesive.

    Pour into bowls and garnish with shredded coconut and mixed nuts.
