In a saucepan /tea pan
Add the water, and milk and bring it to boil, when starting to boil add crusted ginger and tea and mix well or stir it.

When becomes colour is dark and changes add sugar and boil for 5 mint, ginger flavour become comes into the tea and Smell feels very good. turn off the flame and strain the tea into a cup. serve hot and enjoy.
